A creative workshop designed for chocolate enthusiasts aged 12 and over, where participants will discover the world of artisanal chocolate through a hands-on and engaging experience.
Guided step by step by our chocolatiers, participants will learn the fundamentals of chocolate making, from tempering chocolate correctly to crafting their own handmade pralines. The workshop takes place in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, designed to offer a fun, creative, and immersive experience in the world of chocolate. At the end of the workshop, each participant will take home the handmade pralines they created as a souvenir of the experience.

During the workshop, each participant will be provided with a Lavoratti branded pastry chef jacket and chef hat to wear throughout the experience.

Workshop Location
The Lavoratti 1938 Chocolate Laboratory is located at Via Parasio 36, Varazze (SV), Italy.
We recommend arriving approximately 5 minutes before the start of the workshop. Parking is available at the Varazze athletics field, located approximately 50 metres from the laboratory.
Allergens & Useful Information
During the workshop, ingredients containing gluten, milk and dairy products (lactose), tree nuts and soy may be used.
The laboratory is not an allergen-free environment. During the workshop, cross-contamination between different ingredients may occur due to the simultaneous presence of multiple participants. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please let us know when booking so that we can provide you with all the necessary information.
