L’Originale al Parmigiano Reggiano is the first aperitif bonbons. We dared to combine the pleasantness and balance of our chocolate with the ingredient that best represents Italy in the world: Parmigiano Reggiano. The result is a surprising bonbons in which the chocolate holds four different ages of Parmigiano perfectly.
We relied on Paolo Gennari to select the Parmesan cheese. The Gennari dairy is a family story. 500 hectares of fields cultivated according to the best farming tradition,
1600 head of 3 different breeds (Friesian, Alpine Brown, Red) and little rennet make the Gennari dairy the ‘Ferrari of Parmigiano Reggiano’.
