Our chocolate is bred from patient work. It was created with passion and simplicity, with the intention of embracing the flavours and scents of the Mediterranean. Lavoratti reawakens the pleasure of past memories, and strives to create new memories. It is a factory imagined by Fabio Fazio, accompanied by the thoughtful recipes of Corrado Assenza.

THE CHOCOLATE PUBLISHERS

The entire Lavoratti production is conceived as an “editorial line” in which each product is the chapter of a story. The packaging of our tablets resembles the cover of a book and a box set was even imagined to contain the first eight proposals.

We also have themed, monographic praline boxes in our catalogue. In this way the tastes contained are complementary and linked to each other just like the pages of a book. Likewise, there is a package similar to that of the colors used for drawing. These are Matite Lavoratti 1938: an offering of filled bars with twelve varieties of flavours.

THE FUTURIST SPHERE

The Futurist sphere is a real surprise imagined by Lavoratti 1938 in collaboration with Tullio Mazzotti of the Albisola ceramic factory of the same name. It is a precious art object in a limited edition.

Tullio d’Albisola’s ceramic houses a sphere of 80% Ecuador Single Origin Hacienda San José dark chocolate which blends together with the Oranges from the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento, which are born and grow in a historic citrus grove, an extraordinary place that contains the flavors and perfumes of Sicily.

OUR PRALINES

Our pralines are numbered as we have chosen not to use food colourings. Inside the package there is a legend, on which each number corresponds to a flavour, in order to guide you in your choice.

THE LAVORATTI LABORATORY

Lavoratti 1938 was born as a creative laboratory to experiment with new paths, to write new stories through chocolate and which immediately opened its doors to decidedly prestigious meetings.

The shapes of our bars and bonbons follow the golden ratio, paying tribute to the perfection of chocolate.

1.618 is the ratio between the sides: that divine ratio that we have dedicated to the food of Gods. According to this progression, Nature conceived the Nautilus. We have chosen it as our logo to carry the echo of journeys and far places.
