The Lavoratti creative workshop welcomes, for the second year, a creation by Chef Carlo Cracco. Together with our maître chocolatier Marco Ferrari, they have come up with this new egg with a unique and unmistakable flavour that is the result of a meeting of experience and knowledge. The hazelnut kernels are contained within the dark chocolate jacket, while a pinch of salt enhances the roasted flavour of the hazelnut and makes this combination even more special. Inside, the egg encloses a mouth-watering surprise.
