80% Ecuador single-origin dark chocolate egg

We chose cacao from Hacienda San Josè in Ecuador, whose history began in Los Ríos in the 1930s. It has won many awards, including Pepa de Oro 2016, Pepa de Oro 2019, Pepa de Oro 2020, the Golden Bean Award for best chocolate, was runner-up in 2021 at the International Award premier in Paris Cocoa of Excellence and recently took first place with a gold medal at the Cacao of Excellence Gold Award in Amsterdam. Today, the San José company owns an award-winning cacao plantation for the high quality of its beans, which are harvested, fermented and dried using techniques inherited from a centuries-old tradition and perfected over time. Inside the egg is a mouth-watering surprise.
